What is a NABERS Accredited Assessor?

NABERS Assessors are independent sustainability consultants trained and accredited by NABERS through the NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment. They carry out physical inspections of buildings, collect and verify performance data, and calculate official NABERS ratings, which are then certified by the NABERS technical team.
